Competition Terms & Conditions

  1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. The prize draw is open to residents of England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Dr. Schär, and any company or influencer affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
  3. The competition can be entered in two ways:
    • Participants who have received an email in advance from Glutafin, please bring your email to the Allergy Show and present your QR code to a member of our team to redeem your free loaf.  Please note: we are unable to distribute free loaves unless you visit the Allergy and Free From Show on 21st or 22nd June in person.
    • Participants who have not received an email, please scan the QR code and complete the online form in full, you will automatically be entered into a prize draw for the hamper.  If you qualify for a free loaf, you will be emailed a QR code, please present this to our team on stand
  4. The competition prizes consist of the following: 10 x Glutafin Hampers, 320 Glutafin Fresh Loaves (White, Brown and Seeded)
  5. Prizes are non-refundable.
  6. The closing date for this promotion is Sunday 22nd June. Submissions after this time will not be considered.

Prizes

  1. There will be 10 winners of the hamper, selected at random.  The winners will be contacted by Glutafin by 31st July 2025.  Prizes must be claimed within 7 days of the initial notification. All reasonable effort will be made to contact the winner; however, if the prize is not claimed within 7 days a re-draw will take place.
  2. There are 320 loaves to give away, these will be distributed in accordance with the criteria established by Glutafin to ensure that the loaves are distributed to those who have coeliac disease and are eligible for gluten free foods on prescription.  Please note: the decision of the on stand personnel is final.  No discussion will be entered into regarding the criteria of the participant or indeed their eligibility to receive a free loaf.
  3. Participants are only able to enter the competition once.  If the email address has been previously used to claim a loaf, no additional loaves will be distributed.
  4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Glutafin reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
  5. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are misdirected, late or illegible, nor for any associated costs.
  6. The winner’s names and county may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Glutafin, Dr Schär UK Ltd 401 Faraday Street, Birchwood Park Faraday St, Birchwood Park, Risley, Warrington WA3 6GA
  7. Prizes are awarded at Glutafin’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
  8. By entering the promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including the publication of their full name and county if they are a winner.

  11. Glutafin further reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient information in our absolute discretion as to the customer’s identity and diagnosis.
  12. Glutafin reserves the right to withdraw or withhold prizes and to withdraw the competition at any stage.
