Terms and conditions

1. By taking part in this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these terms and conditions.
2. The competition is open to residents of Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Dr. Schär, and any company or influencer affiliated with the organisation, their agents or any other persons professionally connected with the draw.
3. Prizes are non-refundable.
4. The closing date for this promotion 11:59 30/10/2025. Submissions after this time will not be considered.
5. There are 2,000 loaves to give away, these will be distributed in accordance with the criteria established by Glutafin to ensure that the loaves are distributed to those who have coeliac disease and are eligible for gluten free foods on prescription.
6. Successful entries will have their loaves dispatched within 28 days.
7. Participants are only able to enter the competition once, and one loaf will be dispatched per household.  If the email address has been previously used to claim a loaf, no additional loaves will be distributed.
8. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Glutafin reserves the right to replace entire prizes or prize components with prizes of equal or greater value.
9. No responsibility is accepted for entries that are misdirected, late or illegible, nor for any associated costs.
10. The winner’s names and county may be obtained by sending a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Glutafin, Dr Schär UK Ltd 401 Faraday Street, Birchwood Park Faraday St, Birchwood Park, Risley, Warrington WA3 6GA
11. Prizes are awarded at Glutafin’s discretion and no prizes will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant.
12. By entering the promotion, all entrants consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this promotion only, including the publication of their full name and county if they are a winner.

15. Glutafin further reserves the right to ask any customer to provide sufficient information in our absolute discretion as to the customer’s identity and diagnosis.
16. Glutafin reserves the right to withdraw or withhold prizes and to withdraw the competition at any stage.
